Daging sapi adalah salah satu bahan makanan yang paling enak diolah dengan bumbu rendang. Bahan makanan yang satu ini sangat banyak yang minat dan apalagi disaat bulan ramadhan, umat islam selalu menggunakan bahan makanan ini dijadikan sebagai masakan rendang, semur, dll. Sangat banyak orang yang membuat menu masakan ini adalah menu rendang daging sapi ini sangat cocok di sajikan bersama keluarga di saat bulan ramadhan.

Mungkin ibu-ibu rumah tangga merasa kebingungan didalam melakukan pengolahan daging sapi menjadi rendang yang enak. Akan tetapi bagi ibu-ibu rumah tangga jangan khawatir, karena kali ini kami akan memberikan sedikit informasi untuk mengolah Rendang Daging Sapi Yang Lezat. Langsung saja mari bersama-sama disimak langkah-langkahnya:

Bahan Daging Rendang :

  • 1 kg Daging tanpa lemak, potong dan cuci bersih lalu tiriskan
  • 3 butir kelapa tua parut, buat menjadi santan kental

Bahan Bumbu Daging Rendang Daging Sapi (dihaluskan) :

  • 20 btr Bawang merah
  • 10 siung Bawang putih
  • 2 ruas jari Jahe
  • 1 ons Cabe merah giling
  • 1 sdt merica

Bahan Bumbu Rendang lainnya :

  • Lengkuas, dimemarkan
  • 3 batang Sereh, geprek bagian putihnya
  • 3 buah Bunga pekak
  • 5 lebar Daun jeruk
  • 3 lebar Daun salam
  • 2 lebar Daun kunyit, sobek-sobek

Bumbu Pelengkap Daging Rendang Sapi Yang Lezat :

  • 1 sdm Kelapa serundeng giling (kelapa parut di sangrai sampai berwarna coklat, kemudian di giling halus hingga keluar minyaknya)
  • 1 sdm Hati sapi rebus, di giling halus
  • 1 sdm Air asam
  • Garam, secukupnya
  • Gula pasir, secukupnya

Cara Membuat Rendang Daging Sapi Yang Lezat:

  1. Ungkep daging dengan bumbu halus, biarkan air daging keluar dan tunggu hingga air ungkepan kering.
  2. Tuang santan, kemudian masukkan semua bumbu kecuali bumbu pelengkap, dan aduk hingga rata.
  3. Aduk-aduk santan hingga santan mendidih dan jangan sampai santan pecah.
  4. Kecilkan api, masak sampai daging rendang dan bumbu mengeluarkan minyak.
  5. Masukkan bumbu pelengkap daging rendang padang, aduk rata.
  6. Masak terus sambil sesekali diaduk-aduk agar tidak lengket. Masak sampai bumbu rendang agak mengering atau berdedak dan berwarna coklat.
  7. Sajikan dengan nasi hangat.
