Resep Nakji Bokkeum Ala Korea

Nakji bokkeum merupakan salah satu makanan khas Korea. Bahan makanan ini menggunakan daging Gurita. Daging gurita juga sangat terkenal dan bisa menjadi bahan masakan berbagai macam variasi. Hidangan khas Korea ini terbuat dari bahan dasar gurita.

Gurita akan diolah dengan cara khusus serta menggunakan campuran bumbu yang sangat khas, sehingga rasanya pun akan begitu khas sekali. Bagi mereka yang sudah mencoba hidangan yang satu ini, mereka semua berpendapat bahwa cita rasanya begitu sedap dan lezat ketika disantap. Bahkan saking lezatnya membuat setiap orang yang menyantapnya merasa ketagihan. Berikut adalah cara membuat

Bahan Utama Nakji Bokkeum

  • 2 ekor gurita kecil
  • 1 sendok makan garam

Bumbu dan Bahan Saus Nakji Bokkeum

  • 1 buah bawang bombai
  • 1/2 sendok makan biji wijen
  • 5 sendok makan bawang putih cincang halus
  • 80 gram mi tipis
  • 1 sendok teh jahe cincang halus
  • 2 sendok makan gula pasir
  • 1 sendok teh lada
  • 5 sendok makan bubuk cabe merah
  • 1/2 sendok makan minyak wijen
  • 1 sendok makan minyak goreng
  • 1 sendok makan kecap asin

Cara Membuat Nakji Bokkeum yang Sedap dan Lezat

  1. Pertama langkah yang harus dilakukan yakni, mencuci gurita terlebih dahulu. Gosok-gosok gurita dengan menggunakan garam yang sudah disiapkan. Lalu cuci kembali sampai benar-benar bersih.
  2. Jika gurita sudah dicuci, potong kaki gurita tersebut dengan ukuran sekitar 5 cm.
  3. Keluarkan organ bagian dalam gurita sampai bersih. Jika bagian kepala gurita sudah bersih, potong-potong dengan ukuran sekitar 1 cm.
  4. Siapkan panci, lalu tambahkan air secukupnya. Rebus mi tipis yang sudah anda siapkan sampai matang. Jika sudah matang, angkat mi dan bilas dengan menggunakan air dingin.
  5. Gulung mi masing-masing sebanyak 5 gram.
  6. Belah bawang bombay menjadi dua bagian. Lalu potong panjang.
  7. Buat saus, dimana caranya yaitu dengan mencampurkan semua bahan-bahan saus yang tersisa kecuali minyak goreng, biji wijen, dan bawang bombay. Jika semua bahan atau bumbu saus sudah dicampurkan, anda bisa menyisihkannya terlebih dahulu.
  8. Panaskan wajan dan 1 sendok makan minyak goreng. Panaskan minyak goreng tersebut. Setelah minyak goreng panas, tumis bawang bombay yang sudah dipotong-potong tadi selama 1 menit dengan menggunakan api besar. Selanjutnya, tuangkan campuran saus. Aduk merata dan tumis kembali.
  9. Masukan gurita yang sudah dibersihkan dan dipotong-potong dengan waktu sekitar 1-2 menit sembari di aduk-aduk. Masak gurita sampai benar-benar matang.
  10. Apabila gurita sudah matang, anda bisa langsung mengangkatnya dan menyajikan pada piring saji.
  11. Taburi di atasnya biji wijen yang sudah anda siapkan.
